Contact these people and let them know that we demand justice for Kelsey and better protection for abused children everywhere.  Email is fine, but phone calls are better.  Letters and postcards are best - they are harder to ignore.  If you take the time to write, you deserve a response.  These people are supposed to work for us, so let's keep after them until we get some answers.
