This site is dedicated to the memory of Kelsey Briggs, a beautiful little girl whose life was tragically cut short by violent abuse. Her father's family is sponsoring and updating this website for three reasons:

to keep her memory alive;

to seek justice for her killer(s);

to raise public awareness about the failures of the Oklahoma child protective agencies so that this never happens again.
Kelsey touched many lives during her brief time here among us, and we hope that in death she will touch many more.
